This Privacy Policy explains how Avocatcha handles information when you use the Discord bot, website, dashboard, API, and related services. We aim to be clear about our data practices so you can use the service with confidence.

- Purchase and entitlement information: if paid features are available, we may receive purchase entitlements, transaction or checkout session identifiers, limited order details such as product, amount, currency, payment status, customer email provided at checkout, and payment-reversal or dispute information from Discord, Stripe, or related providers. Avocatcha does not store full payment card details.

3. Publicly Visible Information
Some information may be visible to other users as part of normal service operation. This can include your Discord username, avatar, collection counts, leaderboard rank, and avocado-related outputs shown in bot responses, public leaderboards, or similar gameplay features.
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
The website uses essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session management, checkout security, fraud prevention, and account protection. This includes cookies used to complete Discord login and keep your dashboard session active.
The website also stores a theme preference in your browser's local storage so your chosen theme can persist across visits.
We do not currently use Avocatcha's own website cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.

Some website assets or media may be served through third-party providers. Those providers may receive browser or network information as part of delivering their services.
We do not sell personal information or disclose Discord API data to data brokers or ad networks.
6. Security
We take steps designed to help protect information handled by Avocatcha. That said, no method of transmission over the internet, storage system, or security practice can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account state, enforce rules, investigate disputes or abuse, and satisfy legal or platform obligations. Some information may also be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, payment dispute handling, or legal compliance.
