1. Virtual Goods

Avocatcha includes virtual items ("Avocados", "AvoPits") which have no real-world value. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license to use these items within the bot.

2. Purchases and Refunds

AvoPits are purchased through Discord's in-app checkout (Premium Apps). We do not store full payment card details. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled by Discord. If a purchase is reversed, we may remove the granted AvoPits and restrict trading or premium features until the balance is restored. All sales are final unless required by law.

3. User Conduct

Automation, macroing, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban. Trading items for real money (RMT) is forbidden.
