Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Avocatcha Discord bot, website, dashboard, API, and related services. By using Avocatcha, you agree to these terms and to Discord's applicable terms, policies, and community rules.

1. Eligibility and Discord Account

You must be old enough to use Discord and meet the minimum age of digital consent required in your country. You are responsible for your Discord account and for activity that takes place through it while using Avocatcha.

2. Virtual Items and License

Avocados, finishes, AvoPits, crates, rewards, and other in-service content are virtual items. They are licensed to you for use inside Avocatcha only. They are not real-world property, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for money from us.

Except where we explicitly allow it in the service, virtual items are not transferable outside of Avocatcha. Trading items for real money or other off-platform value is prohibited.

3. Catalog, Rarity, Appearance, and Balance Changes

We reserve the right to update, rename, reclassify, rebalance, redesign, retire, replace, or remove any part of Avocatcha at any time. This includes avocado names, lore, media, artwork, animation, appearance, finishes, rarity assignments, drop rates, crate odds, cooldowns, pack contents, prices, reward amounts, and feature availability.

We do not normally make those changes lightly, but you agree that Avocatcha content is not guaranteed to stay unchanged forever. Your inventory may reflect updated names, visuals, rarities, or other metadata after live balance or content changes. Unless required by law, we are not obligated to provide compensation for those changes.

4. Purchases, AvoPits, and Payment Reversals

If shop functionality is available, AvoPits purchases may be offered through Discord's Premium Apps checkout or through the official Avocatcha web shop. Web shop payments are processed by Stripe and related payment or infrastructure providers, not directly by us. We do not store full payment card details.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and billing disputes are handled by Discord, Stripe, your card issuer, or the relevant payment provider depending on the purchase channel. If a purchase is reversed or later found invalid, we may revoke related AvoPits, place your balance below zero, disable paid features, disable trading, disable vote rewards, block future purchases, or permanently ban the account in repeat or severe cases. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Public Features

Avocatcha includes public and semi-public features such as bot messages, profile/flex outputs, and leaderboards. Your Discord username, avatar, collection stats, and similar gameplay-facing account details may appear in those features as part of normal service operation.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not cheat, macro, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, abuse promo codes, interfere with the API or website, attempt to bypass cooldowns, impersonate staff, or use Avocatcha for fraud, harassment, or other conduct that violates Discord's rules or applicable law.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, test for vulnerabilities in, or attempt to bypass restrictions, protections, or access controls for Avocatcha except where we explicitly allow it in writing.

You may not buy, sell, or broker Avocatcha items, accounts, or currency for real-world money or anything of value outside the service.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, exclude from rankings, reset, or terminate access to some or all of Avocatcha if we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, payment enforcement, legal compliance, maintenance, or to protect the service or other users.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

Avocatcha depends on Discord, third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, networks, and other supporting services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available at all times. Outages, data delays, or temporary inconsistencies can happen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avocatcha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Avocatcha after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
