Essence is for cosmetics
Essence sits beside AvoPits, but it has a different role.
- AvoPits remain the faster premium path for tools and cosmetic unlocks.
- Essence is earned from duplicate variants and spent on profile drip.
- This keeps gameplay power and cosmetic progression separate while still making duplicate copies valuable.
Launch reconcile for old duplicate stacks
- Each exact avocado + finish keeps the first 2 copies.
- Starting with the 3rd copy, extra duplicates convert into Essence instead of stacking forever.
- At rollout, older duplicate stacks are reconciled into the same system so everyone starts from the same rules.
- The reconcile uses a soft diminishing curve so older collectors are rewarded without instantly clearing the first cosmetic catalog.
Collector profiles are cleaner and easier to use
- The public collector card stays front and center.
- Owner-only essentials now live underneath it, showing AvoPits, Essence, streak progress, drop readiness, and token counts.
- This keeps public flex information separate from private utility information.
Profile decorations are the first live cosmetic category
Decorations can be previewed, unlocked, and applied directly from your website profile, and they also have their own section in the shop.
- Laurel Bloom launches as the first entry decoration.
- The Watcher launches as a premium, darker prestige frame.
- Decorations support both AvoPits and Essence pricing, so players can grind for cosmetics or unlock them faster.
